Support for the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) – Mexico in the Preparation of its First and Second Green, Social, and Sustainable Bond Reports
The project involved developing the Annual Green, Social, and Sustainable Bond Report for the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE). The central objective was to consolidate and present, in a rigorous and transparent manner, resource allocation data and the impacts generated by CFE’s issuance of green, social, and sustainable bonds.
The team structured the report’s methodological framework in accordance with international ICMA standards (Green Bond Principles, Social Bond Principles,
and Sustainability Bond Guidelines), as well as Mexico’s Sustainable Taxonomy, ensuring consistency, comparability, and clarity for investors and stakeholders.
Additionally, Planisphera developed visualizations, diagrams, and infographics aligned with CFE’s institutional identity manual, facilitating the clear communication of complex information.
The result was a solid, technically robust, and visually consistent report that strengthened CFE’s credibility in the sustainable bond market and met international best practices for post-issuance reporting.
